Connect-A-Jet CEO, Martin Cantu, Addresses Its Shareholders and the General Public Regarding Recent Allegations and Market Concerns.

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Connect-A-Jet.com, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: CAJT - News), an online innovator of private jet travel and charter, announced today that its CEO, Martin Cantu, has elected to address the general public and the CAJT shareholders regarding recent allegations and market related concerns.

“I would like to begin this address by extending my sincerest apologies for any inconveniences the present day issues may have caused any of our supportive shareholders. CAJT and I have in no way attempted to defraud our shareholders or the general public. Since the date of inception CAJT has attempted to be as forthcoming as possible to ensure the investment of our shareholders and to excel as an organization within the aviation industry. I have addressed a number of the concerns that we feel are a current concern of the public below.”

SEC TRADING SUSPENSION:

“We are working aggressively and diligently with the SEC to resolve the issues that were of concern which consequently resulted in the trading suspension on CAJT stock. However I would like to state that CAJT in no way participated in, or was ever aware of, any fraudulent type “spamming” that was taking place relating to its organization until being notified by our shareholders in the recent past. CAJT never at any time paid for any such spamming, never created or participated in creating any such spamming, never provided information to anyone creating such spamming, and never approved any such spamming.

CAJT is not being influenced by any parties or involved in any deceptive or fraudulent trade practices. CAJT is a legitimate and fully operating and growing company that will continue to operate within the aviation industry.”

ALLEGATIONS BY CHARTER X AND DOW JONES BUSINESS WIRE:

“We find it appalling that an organization like Dow Jones Newswire and its reporter Carol S. Remond did not fulfill their obligation to the reading public by adequately verifying CAJT’s operating status prior to publishing their article about CAJT and its affiliates.

CAJT at no time suggested that it was in business with NetJets or Berkshire Hathaway. CAJT announced that it had submitted a proposal to Executive Jet Management (a NetJets/Berkshire Hathaway Company) in attempt to expedite Executive Jet Management utilization of CAJT’s services. NetJets and Berkshire Hathaway were referenced as the ownership parties of Executive Jet Management and were not meant to be perceived as already doing business with CAJT. Additionally, Carol Remond further proceeded to suggest that CAJT had lied about its relationships with other charter operators through press releases, when in fact every charter operator that was announced by CAJT as an affiliate partner stands true to this day, and as stated above, factual documentation which supports each release is being provided to the SEC by the CAJT organization as to eliminate any assumption of fraudulent activity.”

CHARTER X:

“In the recent past Charter X and its columnist Karen D. Piazza composed and released a misleading and disparaging article regarding the CAJT organization and its business relationships. Allegations ranging from complete fraud to stating that CAJT was never even in contact with the charter operators discussed in its press releases was suggested in their article. Owners of every charter operator described in the Charter X article has since provided CAJT quotes reinforcing their relationship with CAJT. Some charter operators specifically told Charter X and Karen D. Piazza to refrain from using any negative commentary from their discussion about CAJT in any article, because they were completely satisfied with the relationship with CAJT and their charter operation.

CAJT believes that Charter X and Karen D. Piazza are personally responsible for the initiation of a wrongful and illegal national defamation frenzy against CAJT and that both Charter X and Karen D. Piazza personally, participated in publishing libelous information to the public in a willful attempt to harm CAJT. The Charter X article neglected to state that Charter X is an industry competitor and attempted to veer its client base away from the positive publicity that CAJT was receiving.

CAJT intends to fully protect its best interests (and those of its customers, affiliates, partners and shareholders) and hold those individuals and entities participating in this widespread disparagement of CAJT responsible to the fullest extent of the law.”

FUTURE OF CAJT:

“We are fully aware of the setback that the allegations and false articles have placed on the public perception of CAJT. We fully intend and are already aggressively acting to coordinate with the SEC in attempt to have the trading suspension lifted as no fraudulent activity has been committed. We have also retained a certified public accounting firm certified to practice before the SEC to begin providing full financials to the public and become a fully reporting public company as soon as possible. It is our intent to become as fully transparent as possible to the SEC, our shareholders and the general public.” stated Martin Cantu, CEO of ConnectAJet.com, Inc.

CAJT will have its “ribbon-cutting” event at its new charter/reservations center located in North Richland Hills, Texas, near DFW Airport, in the near future. CAJT remains in a fully operational status and will continue to book flights and take reservations on a daily basis.
